Custom printer ICC profile

Although I am happy with my current work flow, I am always looking to improve or simplify it and in that spirit, I am considering getting a custom printer ICC profile made for my printer and supplies. It's not a large investment at $30 but I'd just a soon minimize my frustrations so I am asking if anyone has had experience with PC35 PhotoLab that they could share. I don't do a lot of printing as most of my work involves supplying formatted high resolutin files to printers or newspapers but I am seeing an increase in 16x20 prints from individuals.

If you have experiences with any other custom ICC providers, I would welcome that feedback as well.

Chromix is pretty highly regarded. I think they do a pretty good job. I haven't used them for many years, as I make my own but they were pretty good....
