I recently got the Sigma 18-50 f/2.8 and the Nikon 80-200 f/2.8, love them both! For my walk around lens I use the Sigma 18-250 HSM OS, love it as well. I've had a couple of the Nikon 18-200's (not the new one) and that was nice as well.
