D3100 video problem

i just bought a d3100 about a month ago.love the video quality but shame that the audio suck:er:now im having problems with the video quality.on video mode,i see fast lines keep moving from the bottom to the top as if i can see each frames being taken.well kinda,the picture quality is still good.but the lines just wont go away.it also appears on video.im kinda new at this.please help.

What resolution/framerate are you shooting at?

im currently using the 1080p 24fps and 720p 30fps.having the same problems on all the resolution.its not the lighting problem or anything.ive tried recording outdoors and the lines are still there.

Hmm, very weird. Have you tried contacting Nikon?
