D50 for SUPER CHEAP?

i just found the D50 online for 429$ at www.expresscameras.com

And, i found the same camera body on www.bestpricecameras.com for $359 + $25 shipping.

Has anyone shopped at either one of these stores before with any success? I mean they claim to sell all products new, in box, and with 1 year factory warranty. Now at those prices, it seems a little fishy to me.
Any ways to see if they're legit would be appreciated.
