I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
I was shooting with an 8gb in slot 1 and an 8 gb in slot 2. Slot 1 was shooting RAW and slot 2 was backup in jpeg.
When I filled 250 or so photos on the RAW slot 1 card, I replaced it with a fresh card. With 250 jpegs on slot 2, I still had plenty of room left.
However, the camera said my memory was full. It wouldn't let me continue shooting until I took out card 2.
I checked it on my computer, and there was still ~6gb left on card 2.
It seems that it was trying to couple the cards together, and I couldn't add anymore to the card 2 JPEG backups, even though it had plenty of room left.
Anyone have the same problem? Any solutions? Anyone willing to take 250 raws of their cat and see if they have the same problem?
