Lucky, mine doesn't fall under the recall. It was made/sold during the time frame but is not part of the "Lot" that is being recalled.

Man, I read this and thought...Noooo.
BOTH my D7000 and my new D800 use those. But fortunately, none of my Nikon batteries are the ones affected! And really, I have off-brand batteries as well, so it wouldn't have been the worst thing in the world. Thanks for the heads up though, Ed!
