D850 for how much!?!?!

Is this for real? I can't find anything saying whether this is US version or not. I'm pretty sure I could buy this, use it for a month, and still make money reselling it.

99 sure it is gray market at that price...USA-warrantied D850 is just a few pennies to five dollars under $3,000 at USA's larger dealers...$600 less than the going rate means,almost 99% sure of getting a gray market unit...

I figured. I can usually find where it says it is US or not. When I went onto their site though, they did say something like "We sell both imported and US models. What you receive may or may not be a US model".

I was gonna say look up the store, if it's in NJ I wonder if it could be like some of the notorious camera stores in Brooklyn that are always on the move playing bait and switch games.

That is labeled as the "E" model, and what I've heard about it is that it could have been labeled as "VR III", as the VR is THAT MUCH BETTER than the VR II, but well, Nikon.

If I was seriously in the market for this kit, I would grab it and take my chances without a US warranty. Warranty repairs would have to be done in Japan.
