D90 Holster Case

I am looking for a camera holster case that will accommodate a Nikon D90 with a Nikon MB-D80 power pack and a Nkon 18-105mm lens attached. I am wanting this for airline travel purposes to protect camera in carry on luggage. Does such an animal exist? If there is one that would accommodate the same camera with a 70-300mm lens that would be even better. Thanks
