Well....Allow me to be the first to say, I don't like it at first sight.

Having done a good amount of welding my self I am very analretentive about bystanders, Either they are waring the proper safty equipment or they are not there at all. Truthfully, I see no way you could have composed a photo so well if you had the proper safty equipment.
