Im trying to get a flight to Vancouver in April to see "Vancouver" but everything frm here to there is coming up at a ridiculous cost.
They are advertising flights if youfly like a week before I want to go at $1700 but to go when I need to go it will cost me $700 more!!!

Its so frustrating! Can anyone think of a better way for me to get to Vancouver? Even flights to LA/ San Fran are just as expensive if I wanted to bus it up.

Would it be cheaper to buy one way flights from Vancouver?

Im looking at flying out of Sydney on Sat 9th April.
Should really leave on Sat 22 April to get me home by that Monday for work.

Manda, I am finding prices about $2100 for Sydney to Vancouver. Try looking at going to LA (LAX) then from there to Vancouver. I see a direct Qantas flight to LA for 1445, and then flights from LA to Vancouver are only 153 on Alaska. So that would be a total of 1598. I didn't compare the times tho, but I am something could be worked out. It's a start anyway...
