Took these at my school's dance show this semester. Surprisingly got some some pretty decent shots for how bad the lighting was in the building. Had to do a bit of editing to get the noise down even though I was shooting at ISO1600 which makes no sense to me but oh well. Any critiques would be greatly appreciated as I've only been shooting for about 2 months

Sport:
An activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment.
The activity has a set of well defined "rules" as to how the activity will be conducted and how one team's/individual's performance will be compared.

Dance: an artistic pursuit involving a high degree of physical co-ordination ... but not a sport.

Meh some dance fits in that first category. About as much as rhythmic gymnastics or that water team dancing stuff does anyway.

a thing that someone says to cause amusement or laughter, especially a story with a funny punchline. Not to be confused with a joke on a photography forum where many may take it seriously. This is to be avoided.
