The problem is that there is nothing to explain, Only trivial techniques for a photographer
D300 and 70/180 macro. Time fast, Burst and manual focus
and observe the behavior of insects to find the best time to do these shots

1 and 4 are incredible. I've never, ever, got a great shot of a dragon/damselfly. I suppose they are be my nemesis, of sorts.

How do you like the 70-180 Macro?

70/180 is a great lens of macro. It's old and autofocus is slow but the lens is very very good
