It's a nice shot. really like the colors going on here. I think I'd probably prefer it in landscape orientation though.

I'm an odd duck I guess; I am drawn to portrait-style landscapes. I like this photo, especially the varieties of texture from rocks to clouds to moss and scrub. The only thing that would improve it for me would be a clear focal point.

Hi all, thanks for your comments. I'll head back to this spot some time soon for a sunrise, where hopefully there will be better light and some strong cloud structure to help with the focal point.... It just seems to turn out this way, but it seems I shoot nearly half my landscapes as portrait-maybe this is more than what others would choose?
