Are you sure ? Boyle didn't make any movie in 2003. (According to Wikipedia) 2002 was 28 Days 2004 Millions. Nothing for TV in 2003.

Check post #10, my second hint was the movie was made in 1996. If it doesn't jump at you then I may have failed and only I am seeing it. That would be ok as this was just a quick snapshot.
