Daybreak On The Mississippi

I've been looking through my files for an image to use behind an old antique window as a 24" x 36" print (sort of a look out my window type thing) . Found this one from a while back that I've done a little editing on. I wanted something simple, but I'm not sure this is the right image, even after the edits. Any comments, yea or nay????

I think I'd lighten it up a bit. Maybe crank up the reds a little, particularly in the foreground. The trees cutting across the middle makes it a bit static.

The image is brighter on both my screen and Flickr, not sure why but it seems like anything posted to TPF is a little darker than the original. In any case, slight lightening in the sky, added a little warmer red to the water. It just seemed to red in the original. Any better?
