I think I would like number 1 more if the bottom was cropped off a little. I think that would make someone focus on the trees and stuff more than the grass. *shrugs* I dunno

As for number 2 I love the colour of the sky, but the road is just too distracting for me. ;P

I like Photo 1 as it is. The focus on the frozen lawn is nice. It is very sharp through and through. Appealing to me!!!
