Deception Falls

Here are some shots from the Deception Falls nature area near Stevens Pass in the Washington Cascades.

The first few shots are from the nature loop downstream of the major falls.

Then, the falls themselves. As you can probably tell, contrast was a real problem here. (What you can probably not tell is that it was such a problem that Nikon View 6's automated RAW-to-JPEG converter produced thoroughly horrific results, and I had to manually convert each file using CS2's RAW loader to get an image I could use.)
