Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hello all, I'm fairly new here. I'm currently deployed with the US Army. I purchased a Canon Rebel T3 to pursue photography. I thought this deployment would be the perfect place to learn and practice, especially with the abnormal scenery and all. The only editing program I have to work with here is iPhoto so I cant do all the editing I envision. Looking forward to some C&C, I could use it.

Not for me - still say attachment.

Most people upload their pictures to a host site like Flickr or photobucket. After you have an account setup, shout and I'll help you from there.

I personally use Photobucket...much easier!

Well if you want this newbies CnC;

If possible, shoot in more advantageous lighting. The harsh light of the sun is overexposing your sky and leaving things a little washed out.

Secondly, on the very last image, you've cropped off the feet. Cropping feet is okay, IMO, if you don't show the knees! You need to either crop ABOVE the knees, or include the feet.

Otherwise, they look great!

Thank you for your service.

No.2 is the best in the lot.
The last photo would have been better rotating the camera and including the legs and feet.
3 could have used a tighter crop also.

BTW, My stepson is in Afghanistan. Thank you for your service!
