Determination: Self-Portrait C&C Please!

Hey all, I was bored today so I thought I'd try working on a simple self-portrait. Theme was stated in the title, I was going for a gritty, dirty, at-home-athlete feel. Not sure if I got it quite right. I'm thinking my background may have been a little cluttered. Post comments at will.

Nice shot, but your right...the background is too cluttered.

Move the other bikes and the tool box and you are set.

The chandelier is also distracting. I have the same one in my kitchen oddly enough.
