Diarrea Garantizada

Was walking around the village where a friend lives giving a kind of tour to a young women friend with her eleven year old daughter and niece of the same age. As we passed this lunch counter in the meat market my friend commented "diarrea garantizada" and the two little girls ,not acustomed to my friends humorous descriptive manner looked horrified and asked the mother fearfully "we're not going to eat there are we???" We assured them that no, we were not.

Nice shot! I ate at a similar place in the Middle East... it took three days to recover...
