I think thats the white thingie that goes under a wedding dress (to make matters worse). Her heels came off to go down the bank. Agua blue i let show, like the converse in this pic....total "out take" snappie shot!

The crop is a little tight, but other than it's okay to me. The off level horizon is far enough off that it looks intentional rather than an accident (Unless the OP has one leg shorter than the other).
