Ok you're going to have to tell me how you do this look. Is it just desaturation? or do you do something else to it that gives it that nice flat but still interesting look.

well, that WOULD be revealing all....
it is basically just desaturating, but isolating blocks of colours and desaturating them to different levels, not so apparent in this shot, but in other ones with very bright colours it works really well...
