do these pictures look soft to you?? (new tamron 17-50 i got)

posted these , and someone said they seem slightly out of focus/or slightly soft, what do you guys think? i can return easily, to me i dont know just need to see what you guys think? , please click to expand and look over each one and tell me what you think, im thinking of just returning this and exchanging it for the sigma 30mm 1.4 (i notice i usually shoot around this range in all these photos except some of them were at 17mm)

shutter on all pics were pretty high , i was shooting in very very bright light

i dont need really need review links lol, just want to know what you guys think of the pics if they are soft

so do they look soft to you guys?
