Just wondering if you all notice any downtime/dry spells at certain parts of the year? Like during summers, or when winters over, or anything! Im looking into some space to rent and I hope this is a good time to get it!

How seasonal depends where you live (weather), how effective you are at marketing, and which niche you work in.

i rent studio space, but it's not a storefront.
it also doubles as my bands practice space, but its a great spot to shoot.
