Does 580 EX II come with soft manual?

If I can read up before Mr. Brown arrives I usually do, but in this case Canon does not provide a manual for this flash. So is there a PDF on a disc with the package? Somehow I doubt it,.. but I thought it worth a query. Paper manual?

A hardcopy manual comes with it. I do not recall a soft manual.
