Does anyone know about Nikon 55-200mm f/4.0-5.6G non-VR Lens?

nope. the VR lens is pretty cheap as it is. Get the VR lens.

It is not clear that what this 55-200mm Lens ? I am asking for more information about this lens.

Yep it's clear. Says non-VR version.
And the VR being a tad bit more in cost adds better optics and the VR is a godsend on longer zoom handheld shots. Especially for the slower variable f-stop lenses.

Just buy the Camera and basic 18-55 kit lens. Then buy the 55-200 VR separate.
Most two lens kits sell the non-VR version of zoom.
