Nikon, and others, sell "ready cases" for a variety of their models, but real leather will be expensive.

Try scouring on line auction sites, local second hand camera shops, pawn shops and garage sales.

Also, if your town has a shoe maker go visit him with you camera and a cup of coffee and a sticky bun.
