to me it looks like an oddly posed image, done in the last ten years, of a guy with a beard in clothes, and a naked lesbian.

cause it looks modern and the creation date appears to be 1/25/2013.

Her hairstyle looks modern, I don't know if this is two pictures photoshopped together or if he is dressed to look as if he's in the past. You could try searching on Tineye but I don't know if you'd find it.

They seem to be echoing each other's poses so I'm guessing it was staged and/or photoshopped, maybe a female model was posed to mimic his stance if he's photoshopped in from an old photo. Or a male model put on a big fake beard and 19th century style attire and this was done in a studio??

It doesn't feel as photoshop ... or it is an AMAZING job.

I really like the man's posture and eyes. It is like he is kind of repelled from the woman's nudity but he also tries to remain descent. And his sight is like he is asking for help. While the woman is really cold and steady... I think
