I have been using a piece of paper wrapped around my flash like a cone to focus light. Is there an attachment to do this? What is it called no luck searching b&h. Thanks.

Yes - it's called a snoot. You can find tons of them on B&H or Amazon. (You should be able to find them now, if you search for 'snoot'.)
