After spending half the year in L.A. since 2012 I have come across two actors, both at breakfast. The first was Bill Macy, who played Maude's husband in the eponymous sitcom, and, when much younger, was a nude actor in the show "Oh, Calcutta!" (I hardly recognized him with his clothes on.) And just recently, at the Farmers Market I spotted Richard Kind, two tables over.

If you walk softly and carry a big lens, people will assume. I went to an event yesterday and had my big lens on. 2 ladies were sitting on a bench and one asked " So, what's the question? ". I had no idea what she meant and said so. She said, " Aren't you with The Weekender?". " No, I am not" was my reply. Another elderly lady walked slowly by me and asked " Which channel are you on? ". I think I need a fake " PRESS " badge. Who knows...it might get me a free cheeseburger
