I think the contrast is a bit high. The highlight of the window is way blown out and the hair is so dark you cant see any detail on top.

However, this is a very nice shot! Your eyes are absolutely beautiful and I think you should leave them the way they are. Maybe just do some tweaking in PP with the other stuff.

I think its the blown out background that is distracting. the skin is fine but the background and your sweater seem to be a bit grainy...

I wish I had blue eyes, mine are brown and boring, cant ever get nice definition in pics.
