I know that there are several online methods... including Online Depth of Field Calculator for example... But it there one that I could carry with me or have on my Blackberry?

I've done several searches and found a few for the iPhone... but not the Blackberry.

This might work:

Digital SLR DoF Calculator MIDlet for Mobile Phones

This small J2ME program can run on all phones that support CLDC 1.1 or later, allowing you to calculate the depth of field in the, erm, field.

Not sure if that will work on your phone or not...
