This was a water bomber coming down to fill up with water to fight a bushfire, it looked like the pilot was lining me up for a strafing run.

It's a great shot, but on another forum I chided him for his title as it doesn't have two planes, thus it is either "playing chicken," or "suicide."

The water fills the floats/pontoons and there is (so I was told) an automatic cut off when they are full.

If it's like the tanks on our trucks, the cutoff is a large overflow pipe, that will drench you if you aren't watching the indicator lights LOL
