The healing brush in Lightroom also has a clone function. You can either heal or clone with it but I prefer to clone in PS

I don't think you can "paint" with that though if I remember. I think its just spot. I haven't used it for a long time though, prefer photoshop for that.

I dont think the rule of thirds and making him more to the upper left would help, I think it would make the image a bit too tight
