Just got my Dolica tripod from New Egg.com. The screw that holds the plate base to the ball was stripped so the head was overall loose. Needless to say it is on the way back via UPS.
Overall it looked like a decent tripod. I will probably purchase another but replace the head with a better one.
I would give it 3.5 stars and suggest it for anyone who is on a budget.
