I picked this bag up a while ago to carry some spare gear in, but it just doesn't have enough room for everything i want to put in it.
our main bag is a Tenba Messenger bag, which we love, but i didn't want to spend another $140 for a bag for backup gear. lesson learned folks.
I picked up a nice Pelican bag today, and i have a lot more room in it. (not the large hard cases with foam, but a regular style camera bag with dividers)
so...what to do with the LowePro bag....hmmm... oh yea, I remember now.

This bag is free to a good home. Your cost out of pocket to get this bag shipped to your door is $0.00 (US dollars).
(we ship everything USPS priority flat rate shipping to CON US and Alaska only)
this is not a very large bag, and will not fit a ton of gear in it, as you can clearly see from the pictures. you could probably substitute the larger 70-200 f/2.8 for 2-3 smaller lenses. or the flash. This bag is in EX+ condition, and still appears in pretty much brand new condition.

If you are interested in this bag, post in this thread with your current gear list, what you currently keep that gear in, and why you feel you need this bag over/in addition to whatever camera bag you are using now, if any. (I don't need a whole dissertation or a sob story, just something a little more deserving than "i want it because its free.")
I will let this run for a week or two if there is enough interest in it.

me and the wife reserve the right to alter the conditions or cancel this donation at any time for any dumb old reason.
PM's or Emails may or may not get considered.
Another early Christmas present from Santa Medic.

Those damn dividers always give me so much trouble....

zippered pocket on the front.

couple of non zippered pockets on the inside.
this section is actually the top flap that opens up into a large pocket.

Just the back and adjustable straps. nothing too fancy. nicely padded though.

Just to give you a rough idea of what will fit in there.
(gear is not included in the donation)

The dog wasn't impressed. He was expecting Kibble in it or something.
(no kibble was ever stored in this bag)

withdrawn....I really need to find a better solution, than another bag.Started looking at my situation, and realized,I really just need to be better organized, and I don't have to bring EVERTHING,everywhere I go.
Hope it finds a good home (I'm sure it will),and keep up the good work!! :)

I will throw my hat in for the bag,P-Man

ill consider your hat if you really want....
but to be eligible for the donation, you have to follow the posted rules.

No kibble and your not even including the dog? Ya.. pass.. rotfl..

Seriously though looks like a really nice little bag - way too small for me but I'll bet somebody out there will make good use of it. Very generous of you to donate it like that!

Hey, Pixmedic. Thank you for offering the bag openly on the forum; very generous of you. In accordance to the terms, my list of gear is as follows:

Nikon D5100 (upgrading to D600 this the week)
Rokinon 14mm f/2.8
Nikon 50mm f/1.8 AI lens
Nikon 85mm f/2.5 AI lens
Nikon 105mm f/2.8 AI lens
Nikon SB-700
Manfrotto 055XPROB (not immediately relevant to a bag)
Small Promaster bag–old and not specifically mentioned online

Clearly, all of my gear doesn't fit in the small Promaster bag; I purchased it because it was cheap and I was new into photography. As I've done a few shoots and saved to upgrade some of my gear, a bigger and better bag would be extremely helpful and useful. Especially as a soon-to-be college grad pursuing grad/law school, money is tight!

Regardless, thank you for offering it up!

weekend bump

I've got a d7000 70-300 and 28-8, a couple yongnuo flashes and macro tubes. I also have a big bag that sucks carrying around when I usually only need a flash and one lens.

I currently own a gripped D7100 with lenses of 11-16mm, 35mm, 50mm, 24-70mm, 105mm & a 70-300. These are all kept either in the Lowepro Pro Roller x300 or the Tamrac shoulder Pro 12 These bags are great but I recently joined a 55+ walking group and I would love to have something small enough just to just carry an extra lens or 2 in as I keep my camera attached to the R7 strap. Thanks Ron

Currently I own about two lenses and a handful of filters.
my body is a nikon
and my lenses are a 35mm and a 200mm zoom
this would be perfect as my current camera bag fits no more than my body which makes it extremely difficult as I travel alot for live music photography and would like to have the choice of switching lens if needed instead of guessing before the shoot
this would work perfectly and fit just about everything I need

Jason .

You've probably seen the majority of my gear a the wedding a while a back , so I'm not going to bore you with a detailed list .

I have , however , since then , acquired a quantum flash system to go along with my sb-800 . I don'y currently have any bag to keep this growing number of speedlights . This bag seems like it might just fit that bill .

Anyway just thought I'd throw in my two cents . Hope you and the family are well . Happy holidays !

Not gonna run this one too long, so if theres anyone left interested, better get on it now.

Gear list:
canon t3
18-55mm
55-250mm
50mm
I typically just keep my stuff in a normal backpack just packed in with clothes to keep safe. Not the greatest idea. This bag would be a terrific addition to help a new up and coming photographer. Also I am going out of state for my first official shoot and would like to have something more than a "normal" backpack.
Thanks for the opportunity.

After my bag with lenses was stolen from the car in San Francisco two weeks ago, I can fit all my gear into your little LowePro :)
But I live in London so shipping costs would be prohibiting, methinks.. Anyway, thanks for the offer .

the Dog thinks he can use it.
probably wrap this up this weekend so if there's any stragglers that are interested, now is the time to get in.
(although, tomorrow would probably be OK too. Or Friday. maybe even Saturday. Sunday is right out though...)
