Damn I hate that, I have to go threw and manually re type this entire set of web site documents because the client has tendancies.

there is a way to highlight text and change it all to lowercase and vice versa, rather than having to retype it

highlight whatever it is. go to format --> font

then click on All caps. it should undo anything in capital letters.
