Here's an old catwalk across the Livestock Yards ..... you can feel a lot of ghosts around here...

Took the rule of 3rds, and centered it... a little 'desaturation', and came up with this... For some reason, the mood around the yards just didn't feel colorful..

Another thing that makes this work is that the areas to the left and right of the center are completely different, so the image really is asymmetric. An image having an element dead center looks static only when what's on either side is very similar, at least in my opinion.

I like having the sky as pretty much the only area with color. Desaturating those trees on the left a little more would accentuate that.
