Images are way too small to make an accurate assessment. But, from what I can see, you need more light. Either open up a bit or go with longer exposure times.

I like the framing of the first one, but i would take it after the sun is down, and make a nice long exposure.

I find for pics where the sunset is the focus some are too busy. For that reason the skyscraper is my fav.
