Draco costume

My 16 year-old dressed up as the Harry Potter character, Draco Malfoy. He carefully made his own wand and found some white colored hair spray to go with his black suit, tie and shirt. Then, he asked me if I could make a spell come out of the end of his wand. Isn't PS a kick? It was all good fun and no one was hurt by the spells!
