I looked out the window & viewed how the morning light played on the drifts in the back yard & decided to try & capture the look.

Shot with a Tokina 35-105/3.5-4.3 set to f11.

Not much other than snow to shoot these days. :meh:

Love #2 Ron! I travel from NC to South Florida, left snow and ice in NC looking forward to the 80 degree temp in S.Fl.....soon as I got here I came down with the flu! I was looking at piles of snow, now it's just piles of tissues, the snow makes a much better picture :)

Looks like quite a nice back yard! I keep wanting to take shots of the snow or hills in the area but I'm too lazy and too much of a freeze-baby.

Also a fan of #2 - very pretty.

We haven't had a single flake here...not unusual (Texas), but still disappointing for the kiddos.

I live in Michigan, and I'm waiting for great picture opportunities like yours. Nice job!
