I stopped in Cooperstown, New York last week for a couple of hours one afternoon. Cooperstown in known for being the home of the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
The Hall of Fame was extremely crowded that day. Since I have visited in multiple times in the past, I decided to forego entering the building. Instead, I walked around the downtown area for a couple of hours.
Here is what I captured:
1- Intersection of Chestnut & Main Streets
2- Sand Lot Kid statue in front of Doubleday Field
3- The Inn at Cooperstown (1874)
4- Hall of Fame Windows
5- Flags outside the Ostsego County Courthouse
6- Window surrounded by red brick wall
7- Four Chairs on a Porch
8- Baseball Weather Vane
9- The Inn at Cooperstown
10- Basket of Flowers
11- I will include one photo of the interior of the Hall of Fame. I captured this one 16 years ago. Nobody was there, so I was permitted to bring my tripod inside for some serious photography!
Thanks for looking...
