This one is pretty good. If it were me, I'd PS out the on camera flash catchlights on the eye and beak, and I'd probably remove the drop of water as well, it's a little distracting to me.

seriously though, it is a fairly good pic, better than most of the others you've posted recently. I wouldn't take out the water drop.

I think the water drop looks as weird as the trademark. I'd crop it out.
