Early Morning Song Sparrow

When I went out to feed the birds this morning I took my camera with me and sat for a while, this is my favourite shot.
I've found that it looks best when viewed large
I think it almost has a painting look and I like that about it.

Cute bird, well exposed, but what's all that stuff on the right? Sorry, couldn't resist. This could be cropped considerably on the right and still have room for the bird to "look into". As it is it feels unbalanced to me and the vertical stalk and white flowers on the right bother me. I think with a crop it would be closer to that "painterly" feel you are looking for.

Ken, thanks for the suggestions, I actually have a couple of shots from this series cropped just as you described, I've recently realized that a LOT of my shots of wildlife is in the same composition, (closer crop, some room to look into etc...) so I'm trying to explore wider compositions with this one.
