Got in my afternoon walk on Thursday at the local nature reserve. On the way out of the house my wife pointed out crocuses in bloom in the garden. When I got to the nature reserve the understory was already leafing out 2nd week of February. That's about 3 weeks early!
I'm ready for spring! There's a few places around here that turn into a sea of azaleas. Just beautiful. I always spend hrs taking photos--- this year I'll have a much better camera since I bought my first dslr.
