East Asian Joro Spiders

Out for a woodland walk early this morning and came across a few of these critters - Unfortunately I only had my very old 70-300 Nikon ED (non VR....) lens with me and some of these were up a little high requireing full 300mm which was very difficult to keep stable by hand.
So these are the best I could manage (of quite a few that are in the bin).
