I took this picture a while back, and my friend wants to see it.But for some reason, there's a round white-ish circle near trhe left center. I'm not sure what it is, but it almost makes the photo look like it's been copyrighted. Which it hasn't. I can see it but don't know what it is. Does it happen with every photo or is this just an isolated case?

if it was a print I would say someone left a mug on it which was wet

Photoshop has the Clone Stamp tool and the Healing Brush tool. They should be able to do the trick.

Just kidding, it looks like a reflection off the lens or something. You can take care of it with the clone tool if you're careful.
