Took this shot yesterday. Thoughts please?

Your subject matter is lost in the weeds. A tighter crop on the couple would help.
Hard to say, but a different B&W conversion might have helped the subject stand out from the surroundings more.
 
I would agree...crop in a bit tighter, and also, try and get the brightest tones to have a bit more detail in them--while at the same time, keeping the light,airy feeling you were going for. Currently the whites are a bit blown out. The couple is just a bit too small to really make this shot "work", but a bit of cropping, while still retaining the naturalistic setting would make this a better engagement photo.
 
Looking at the lack of tonal variation, I suspect that this one might be better in colour.

I'd want to see the color version before I ruled out B&W. I think you may be right though.
 
I think it is over exposed
 
It not over exposed the bright whites are just the type of B&W i used. I will try it in something a little less bright.
