Well, actually I once had problems with my left hand/joint from operating that damns screw on that manfrotto ballhead too many times !

I have a Manfrotto 410 geared head that has now been banished to hell as I was always ripping great lumps of flesh off my fingers by catching them in between the different axis, one of these days I'll give that head away but I'd probably go to hell for passing such pain to someone else
