Hi all, I was wondering what canon lenses you'd suggest for the best environmental portraits (a little wider angle, sharp, can capture the home/living space of an individual). Thanks! Currently, I have a 50 mm canon 1.8, 24-70 wide angle (tamron), and 85 mm. Thanks!

What size is your sensor/film format, what is your subject distance, and what size area do you wish to cover?

Very strange question IYAM!

Lenses have nothing to do with this but it has all to do with
your compositional approach to the subject in relation to
its environment. So these decisions may be available with
any lenses.

As @NS: Nikon Shooter mentions above I'm scratching my head as well. The focal range you have now should cover most portrait applications. The thing about going wider vs moving back to encompass more of the scene is, as you decrease focal length, the body parts closer to the lens becomes bigger.
